In all cases where proven liability of Bebemall exists for the sale of incorrect or defective products (mistakes in order processing, invoicing, shipping, damage during transport, poor packaging, etc.), and in cases where there is a problem/real defect in the product covered by the product’s warranty and if the warranty is provided by Bebemall, the following conditions apply. This does not cover products covered by third-party warranties such as the product manufacturer or its representative.

If the product received is different from what was ordered, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt without any shipping charges.

If you wish to withdraw from the distance purchase of goods, you must do so within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned to our physical store at 123 Lavriou Avenue, 190 02 Paiania, without undue delay and certainly within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the return form, found below, is completed. The deadline is considered met if the consumer sends back the goods before the expiration of the 14 calendar days. The consumer bears only the direct cost of returning the goods.

The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods only as a result of handling the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal by the consumer under the above conditions, Bebemall refunds any payment received from the consumer, including delivery costs, without undue delay and certainly within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase, using the same means of payment as those used by the consumer for the initial transaction unless the consumer has explicitly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer is not charged any fees as a result of the refund.

An exception to the right of withdrawal includes goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

For a DOA (Dead On Arrival) case, the product must be accompanied by a copy of the “Purchase Document,” be in good condition, include all accessories, be within the manufacturer’s specified DOA period, and be accompanied by a detailed description of the problem when completing the Return Form. In cases where the manufacturer requires prior diagnosis of the defect and approval for replacement by an authorized service department before the DOA process begins, the latter will be accepted only if the department’s approval has been obtained. Note that the DOA process may be subject to the manufacturer’s approval after its receipt at our company.

Shipping: The return of the product is at your expense. Only in the case where the product is different from what was ordered, the shipping costs are covered by the company. Replacement or credit is made only after receipt at the store and after it has been checked and confirmed that it is subject to a replacement or credit process.
